Sorry, applications for the ECO and GBIS schemes are now closed
Thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, we’re no longer accepting new applications for these government schemes.
Although the GBIS and ECO4 schemes run until 31st March 2026, registrations must be submitted well in advance of March 2026 to allow enough time for the full process to take place. This includes finding the right partner in your area to survey the property, assess its eligibility, and install any required energy-efficiency measures.
Already applied?
If you expressed interest before 1st October 2025, your application is currently being processed. Please note that it may take several weeks to assess your eligibility for the scheme.

- Someone in the household is on means-tested benefits
- You have a prepayment meter
- Your energy bills are 15% or more of your total household income
