How do I manage my Lite account?
Lite is an online-only product. This means you'll need to log in to see your gas and electricity accounts, and to chat with us.
For you to register for your online account, we'll send you an email with a unique link. You'll need to choose your password and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account.
When you've registered, you'll be able to manage your business energy by logging in to your online account with your email address and password.
Why can't I log in to my online account?
If you've registered for a British Gas Lite online account but can't log in:
Forgotten your email address or password?
Can't remember your email address?
If you can't remember the email address you used to register for your account, chat with us and we'll get you back online.
Can't remember your password?
You can reset your password if you've forgotten it.
How do I unlock my online account?
Your account will automatically unlock one hour after you locked it.
Why can't I see my latest bill online?
We'll send you an email when your bill is ready. You can then log in to your online account to view your bill.
If you are experiencing issues trying to download a bill or document, it may be that you need to update the browser version you are using - some older browsers aren't supported.
